When your order was shipped, you should have received an order tracking number. If you did not, please email us at shipping@bambinomountain.com or call us at 1-866-295-9466 If your tracking number starts with "1Z" then it is a UPS tracking number, and if it is made up of numbers only, then it is a United States Postal tracking number.  Follow the links below to track the progress of you order (depending on carrier) or contact us and we can provide that information for you.
